Once you've joined the Laguna Creek Ortho family as a patient, we hope you will enjoy participating in our incentive program.  The program is designed to motivate our patients to be the best patients they can be and be rewarded for it at the same time.

Each visit during your treatment you can earn points that you can save up and eventually redeem for cool prizes!

Some of the ways you can earn points include showing up to your appointments on time, doing an excellent job brushing and flossing your teeth, doing well in school, and visiting your general dentist regularly.

Remember that you must ask for your points at each visit.  Ask either Dr. Wu, Dr. Douglas, or one of the clinical assistants and they will be more than happy to record your points and update you on your progress.

Any questions regarding the incentive program, just ask one of the receptionists, one of the doctors, or one of the clinical assistants. 

A list of prizes that you can redeem your points for, is available at the front desk as well as at each treatment chair.
